While more and more companies struggle with leadership succession, all is well at the Hannemann tax firm (SBH). Sven Hannemann still leads the strong team, but the next generation has already come on board. His daughters Luisa (28) and Mariele (21) bring future security and innovative strength with them.
Luisa Hannemann is a trained bank clerk and has worked in financial advice for eight years. In 2022, she joined SBH as executive advisor to management. She brings her know-how in investment and wealth advice as well as in lending to the firm. In addition, she takes on responsibility for HR and the supervision of the apprentices.
The company offers a whole range of distinctive features – such as the „trial degree programme“, which combines a classic apprenticeship as a tax clerk with a parallel degree in business administration and taxation. „This allows our apprentices to gain both practical experience in the business and sound theoretical knowledge,“ says Luisa Hannemann.
And there's financial support: „As the employer, we cover the funding of the degree for our apprentices. In doing so, we want to free them up so they can concentrate fully on their apprenticeship and their studies.“
At Luisa's side is her sister Mariele Hannemann. The tax clerk is studying business administration and taxation (B.Sc.); a master's degree and the tax advisor exam will follow. Alongside tax law, her focus is above all on inheritance and gift tax law, tax balance-sheet law and the business advice of companies.
With such strong additions to the team, there is capacity for new clients, especially from the SME sector. The firm works primarily digitally – playing to another strength: it can operate flexibly and efficiently.
